Mike Murkins brings more than 10 years of industry experience in the financial services field, including comprehensive financial planning and wealth management. He is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate retirement with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing guitar, reading, exercising, and tackling do-it-yourself projects. He values time spent with his family and especially enjoys the fall football season as a loyal Cyclones and Packers fan. Mike is married to his wife, Jill, and together they have two children, their son Jay and daughter Ellie.
Born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa, Mike attended Iowa State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
